Most of our residential designs start around $2,500. However, pricing depends on the size and layout of your home, roofline complexity, and how many trees, bushes, or other features you'd like decorated. We don’t provide quotes over the phone or online. If you have a budget in mind, just let us know—our designers will work to deliver the best visual impact for your property.

Yes. We offer several discount programs including early installation savings, returning customer discounts, pre-payment incentives, and occasional product specials. Contact us for current offers.

Yes. Our minimum project cost is $1,500, whether residential or commercial.

No. For warranty and quality purposes, we only install decorations that we provide. This includes lights, trees, and other décor. We cannot guarantee or service customer-owned items, and using them may affect the safety and performance of the display.

We strongly advise against it. Most of our installations are already close to their electrical limits, and adding your own lights can cause outages. Any issues caused by non-installed lights will result in a service call fee. We do not service or troubleshoot decorations we didn’t install.

Our service is all-inclusive. All lights, materials, and accessories are part of our decorating program. They are installed, maintained, removed, and stored by our team. You do not purchase or own the materials; they remain part of our managed service for use each season.

Yes. We provide commercial holiday lighting services for businesses, shopping centers, and municipalities. Contact us to discuss your project.

With enough notice, we can usually accommodate your preferred date. However, due to weather and scheduling logistics, we cannot guarantee exact dates. Let us know your needs early and we’ll do our best to meet them.

Yes. We carry both liability and workers' compensation insurance specifically tailored for professional holiday decorating. This coverage applies to both residential and commercial projects and exceeds the coverage typical of general contractors or landscapers.

We provide a comprehensive, hassle-free, turnkey service. Our packages include professional design, expert installation, proactive maintenance throughout the season, and efficient takedown and storage of all decor once the holidays are over.

We offer a variety of options to customize your property, including dazzling rooflines, lighting for trees and shrubs, stunning window decor, eye-catching ground lighting, and elegant daytime decor like wreaths and garlands.

Our décor is manufactured to our specifications with longer-life bulbs and extra fullness on all of our greenery. We also use UL-rated, outdoor extension cords and a variety of property-friendly installation accessories. Our commercial-grade specialty décor ensures that you won't find better quality anywhere else.

With our service program, maintenance is included in the price, and we will conduct proactive service visits throughout the holiday season to ensure your program looks like it did on installation day.

Our program is all-inclusive, meaning one price covers everything, including removal and storage of lights for the following year.

While we specialize in Christmas, we can assist with almost any holiday, including Halloween, Hanukkah, Fourth of July, anniversaries, and weddings. We are a full-service décor and special-event decorating company and offer religious decorations such as Manger Scenes, Crosses, Menorahs, Diwali Celebrations, and more.

You do not need to be home for exterior installations. Our trained installation crews are efficient and can complete your installation without your presence.

In most cases, no. However, for larger installations, additional power sources may be necessary.
